What's your best tip for feeling sexy?
Try to wear things that make you feel sexy or you feel comfortable in. Sometimes I can be in leggings and a long tee and still feel sexy. It’s all about you and how you feel. Sometimes even a cute lacy thong makes me feel good even though no one is going to see it.
How do you feel about your age?
Ugh! I’m about to be 30 in a few days but I don’t feel 30. I feel like I’m still that 24 year old just finishing college. And honestly I wish I could go back to those days sometimes. All in all I feel good about my age, I have a good job and I’m in good health and I’m getting married. Life couldn’t be better.
What gets better with age?
I think as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to accept my body more. Not that your body gets better but your attitude towards your body gets better.
What's the best compliment you've ever received?
I think the best compliment I’ve ever received is being told I look like a Victoria’s Secret model!
What do you wish you could tell your younger self?
I would tell my younger self to just be happy and not worry so much about what other people thinking

Sweet, beautiful, nurturing, fun/silly, practical.
On bad body image days, how will you remind yourself that you're awesome?
I will look at these awesome photos that Alicia took!
What's your favorite form of self care?
Just cuddling up and watching a good movie. Disconnecting myself from social media for awhile.
