And I made it audio based so you can take these lessons on the go. Even if all you can do right now is listen to one audio or answer one journal prompt, that’s enough. 1. Do I need to give up dieting to take this course?
You don’t need to be fully “anti-diet” to be here, but you do need to be open to exploring a new way. If diets have left you feeling defeated, disconnected, or stuck, this course will help you understand why they haven’t worked (spoiler: it’s not your fault) and what healing your relationship with food and your body could look like instead.

2. Will this help me lose weight?
This course isn’t about weight loss...and honestly, that’s the point.
The Anti-Diet Starter Kit helps you shift focus away from shrinking your body and toward feeling more free, peaceful, and at home in it. It’s about healing, not hustling. If weight loss is your only goal, this probably isn’t the right fit (and that’s okay!)

3. I don’t love my body — is this course still for me?
Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to love your body to start respecting it.
This course meets you exactly where you are and gives you tools to soften the shame, rewrite the rules, and build a more compassionate relationship with your body over time.

4. Is this course only for women?
While the course was created with women and femmes in mind (because we’re so often the target of diet culture), the content is inclusive and supportive for people of all genders who want to heal from diet culture and reconnect with their bodies.

5. How long will it take to complete?
You can move through the course in about a weekend — or take your time and let it sink in more slowly. There are 6 bite-sized audio lessons (2–15 minutes each), plus a beautifully designed workbook with journal prompts and activities. You get to download all the content, so there’s no rush.

6. Do I need any special materials?
Nope — just a computer or phone, a quiet(ish) space, and a willingness to show up for yourself in a new way.

7. Is this therapy or medical advice?​
No — this course is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either.
It’s a self-guided learning and unlearning experience rooted in body liberation, intuitive eating principles, and self-compassion. If you’re navigating disordered eating or a medical condition, I encourage you to work with a licensed professional alongside this course. I've spent a decade unlearning diet culture bullshit, and this course is my opportunity to share what I know with you. ​
