Self Love and the Never Ending Journey

Have you every heard the phrase "life's a journey, not a destination?" Yeah...the same goes for self love. If you think that one day everything is finally going to click, and you're going to unapologetically love yourself fully 100% of the time, I hate to be the one to break it to you: that's not going to happen. There's no set destination. There's no final "ah ha" moment where you've accumulated all the possible self love you can. Just because there's no final destination doesn't mean the journey isn't worth taking, though.

Babe M is on her own journey. The person I met who walked into her session is not the same person who is walking around now. I had the pleasure of shooting her again at my glass house sessions, and the change I saw was incredible. She's more confident in her body and in her life overall, and I'm so excited to see how far she goes. She's growing into this phenomenal human being, and she should be extremely proud of herself. Is her journey over? No, but she's making the absolute most out of how far she's come. That's what we all need to do.
