What to Pack for Your Boudoir Session

1. Lingerie & Outfit Options

Variety is key! Bring at least 3 outfit options so we can mix things up. Or if you don't want to bring wardrobe, you can borrow from me! I have xs-6x at the studio. Some ideas to consider:

Matching Bra & Panty Sets – A classic for a reason! Choose styles that make you feel confident and comfortable.

Bodysuits & Teddies – They look soooo good on all body types and perfect for showing off those curves.

Oversized Sweaters or Button-Down Shirts – Effortlessly sexy, and great for cozy, intimate vibes.

Sheer Robes & Kimonos – Gives the perfect "I woke up like this" vibe

Something Meaningful – A piece that has sentimental value (like your partner’s shirt or a wedding veil) adds a personal touch to your photos.

2. Accessories & Extras

High Heels or Barefoot – Heels can elevate your posture and elongate your legs, but barefoot looks soft and natural, too. Bring what makes you feel best!

Jewelry – Keep it minimal for a timeless look, or go bold with statement pieces for added drama.

Stockings or Thigh-Highs – A sultry addition that adds texture and elegance to your outfits.

Garters or Corsets – If you want to go full bombshell, these structured pieces enhance your shape beautifully.

3. Beauty Essentials

Lotion & Body Oil – Hydrated skin = glowing skin! I've got lotion at the studio, too.

Razor or Waxing (if applicable) – If you choose to shave or wax, do it at least a day before to avoid irritation.

Deodorant – A clear, unscented option is best to avoid stains.

Perfume or Body Mist – A light spritz of your favorite scent can make you feel even more confident.

How to Prepare Before Your Boudoir Session

1. Hydrate & Nourish Your Body

Glowing skin starts from the inside! Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your shoot, and eat a light meal beforehand so you have energy without feeling stuffed and sluggish.

2. Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Tired eyes and low energy? We don’t want that! Try to get a full night’s rest before your session so you feel refreshed and ready to shine.

3. Plan Your Beauty Routine in Advance

Hair Removal (If You Choose To) – Shave, wax, or groom a day or two before to avoid redness or irritation.

Moisturize – Apply lotion the night before for smooth, glowing skin.

Manicure & Pedicure – Your hands and feet will be in the shots, so a fresh mani-pedi is a great touch. Neutral or classic shades work best. At the very least, make sure you nails are clean.

Hair Styling – Want to wear your natural hair texture. Do whatever you normally do with your curly girl routine and we can touch up any curls that go rogue. Otherwise, I'll take care of hair and makeup for you!

4. Bring a Positive Mindset

The most important thing to pack? Your confidence! Boudoir is all about celebrating YOU. So, take a deep breath, remind yourself why you’re doing this, and step into your session ready to embrace every part of yourself.
